Job summary

ALDI Technology Support Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced SAP EWM specialist to design, implement, and optimize warehouse management solutions for global outbound operations in Krakow.

You will analyze logistics requirements, configure SAP EWM, and collaborate with cross-border teams. The role demands strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and hands-on SAP EWM expertise in large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM and warehouse management processes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, support, and process optimization.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize SAP EWM solutions and international business processes supporting warehouse and outbound operations.
• Analyze logistics requirements and warehouse processes, identifying and implementing sustainable optimization opportunities.
• Configure, customize, and continuously enhance SAP EWM, including integration with Pick-by-Voice solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices, system functionalities, and process improvements within Warehouse Management.
• Provide 3rd level support, investigate system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution activities.
• Collaborate with national and international teams across Warehouse Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, and IT, supporting rollouts, new functionality implementations, and key-user training.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Pick-by-Voice solutions.
• SAP EWM certification.
• Experience in international rollout or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
