Honeywell is seeking a Technical Support Professional to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve LenelS2 OnGuard access control issues in enterprise environments. This hybrid role combines 2 days from home with 3 days in the office, supporting customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and high satisfaction.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting software, server, and database problems, assisting with installations and upgrades, analyzing logs, and documenting solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server administration and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database concepts.
