Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Advanced Software Engineer to design and implement software for the LenelS2 OnGuard platform. You will collaborate across international teams and contribute to architecture and strategy while supporting colleagues’ development.

The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days from home) and opportunities to grow within a global, diverse engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C++14+ and SQL; REST API experience.
• Understanding of distributed systems and client–server architecture.
• Willingness to use GenAI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex).
• Proficient English and Polish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing software for the LenelS2 OnGuard platform.
• Participating in the full software development life cycle.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Mentoring team members and supporting their development.
• Shaping architecture and contributing to the roadmap for future software features.
