Technical Support Professional (LenelS2 Onguard) (m/f/d) - hybrid

Job Description

As a Technical Support Professional, you will provide technical support for LenelS2 OnGuard Access Control systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in enterprise environments. Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid working schedule (2 days from home and 3 days from the office).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve OnGuard software, server, database, and connectivity issues.
Support system installation, configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
Analyze logs, system events, and application behavior to identify root causes.
Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on complex cases.
