Job summary

ScyllaDB in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to join our EMEA Technical Support team. You will work with enterprise customers, troubleshooting architecture, performance, and reliability issues, and advocate for customer needs.

You will share best practices for running Scylla at scale, contribute to the knowledge base, and collaborate with product management and development to improve our solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Technical Support Engineer position.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers in a customer-facing support role.
• Experience with Linux environments
• Lifelong learner and capable of multitasking during high-pressure situations.
• Naturally curious and excited to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• You'll be working alongside our largest customers, solving their complex issues - resolving questions on architecture, recovery, security, performance, and everything in between.
• You'll be an expert resource on best practices in running Scylla at scale, whatever that scale may be.
• You'll be an advocate for our customers' needs - interfacing with our product management and development teams on their behalf.
• You will also help build the Knowledge Base around Scylla.
