Job summary

Synechron is a global technology consulting firm delivering digital transformation at scale from Kraków. You will join a cross-functional team focused on delivering secure, scalable cloud-based solutions for millions of users.

Responsibilities include improving frontend migration, code reviews, production monitoring, and AWS infrastructure management with Terraform, plus CI/CD pipeline design and mentoring new teammates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure platforms.
• A good understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, xMatters, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Work with your team and cross-functional teams to plan and develop technologies, processes, and tools that enable frequent, safe, and efficient delivery to millions of customers.
• Drive technical improvements, such as migrating frontend applications from a large monorepo to improve maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to uphold high standards of code quality and consistency.
• Monitor and support production systems using AppDynamics, Splunk, xMatters, and CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with API engineers, QA teams, and Product Managers to deliver features aligned with business goals.
• Analyse requirements to fully understand proposed solutions and recommend improvements.
• Take greater initiative in DevOps and platform improvements, helping shape infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Manage and provision AWS infrastructure using Terraform to improve automation and deployment consistency.
• Design and enhance Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, integrating tools such as SonarQube, Sonatype IQ, Cyberflows, and Nexus.
• Support the onboarding and mentoring of newer team members through code reviews, pairing, and shared learning.
