Job summary

Medius, Cracow-based, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot Medius Suite applications in AP Automation, Capture, and Procurement. You will collaborate with R&D, L1 Support, and Consulting to resolve complex issues and contribute to process improvements.

You will engage with a global team, communicate in Polish and English, and maintain thorough case documentation while staying current with product developments and REST API integrations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Solid general technology understanding and comfort in technical environments.
• Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

The Technical Support Engineer role at Medius is a key part of the Cracow-based team. The team is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting our applications in the areas of AP Automation, Capture, and Procurement. You will collaborate with other departments such as R&D, L1 Support, and Consulting to resolve complex application-related issues faced by our customers, while also contributing to continuous improvements of processes and systems.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Troubleshooting application and underlying technical issues within Medius Suite products propagated to L2 from other departments.
• Supporting customers, partners, and consultants in resolving application-related problems, providing clear, timely, and detailed explanations, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Staying up to date with new features and product developments to resolve issues efficiently and contribute to ongoing improvements.
• Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and technical details to enhance future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as part of ongoing personal and professional growth,
• Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written), as the role involves communication with an international team and customers,
• A solid general understanding of technology and comfort with working in technical environments,
• Experience working with SQL, XML, and JSON,

Familiarity or previous work experience with the following is a plus

• AP processes, financial background, Procurement
• Data capture, OCR, eInvoicing
• Understanding of the source code and ability to work with the code base in troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting of REST API, system performance, SaaS platforms & web-based applications
• Troubleshooting/configuring any of the following ERPs: SAP, D365FO, D365BC, NetSuite
• General understanding of the data integration platforms

The estimated base salary range for this role is 13 000 - 15 000 gross per month. This is a good-faith estimate of the compensation for the position.
