Job description

About Us

At Medius, we believe managing finance should be about strategy, not stress. That same mindset shapes not only the solutions we build, but also the culture we create for our people. We remove complexity, embrace innovation, and give our teams the freedom to focus on what truly matters — whether that’s transforming the future of finance with AI or finding balance to go home on time.

Founded in Sweden in 2001, Medius has grown from a local startup into a global leader in cloud-based spend management solutions. Today, thousands of organizations worldwide trust us to simplify accounts payable and spend management processes. Our journey has been driven by continuous innovation, a passion for technology, and above all — the people who make it happen.

We’re more than a software company. We’re a team of problem-solvers, innovators and collaborators working together to reinvent the category of accounts payable. Our solutions use Artificial Intelligence to eliminate manual work, bring clarity, confidence, and control, and empower finance teams of the future.

Our values guide how we work and grow together: Connect – We believe in the power of people—individually and collectively—and our success depends on understanding and respecting each other. We appreciate that ‘empowering finance teams of the future’ is an exciting endeavor, and we share it with everyone around us.

Question – We enjoy the challenge of our work and the thrill of collaboration. We are not afraid to question ourselves and each other because we believe diverse perspectives can lead to better outcomes and that there is great power in resolution.

Own – We are thorough, thoughtful, and decisive. We anticipate what’s next, what a customer might need, and then we deliver. That’s how we get things done. And that’s how we remain a leader. Customers trust us to do our job so that they can focus on what they do best.

At Medius, you’ll join a diverse, global community where curiosity is celebrated, ideas matter, and innovation never stops. If you’re passionate about technology, eager to make an impact, and ready to grow alongside a team that lives its values, Medius is where you can do your best work — your impact is global.

Job Overview

Medius connects to our customers' ERPs so invoices get coded, approved and paid without anyone retyping anything. As Product Manager for either our SAP or our D365 F&O integration, you own it: what it does, what gets built next, and whether it holds up when a customer's finance team is closing the month.

You’ll work in the Connect area and report to the Group Product Manager for Connect.

What you’ll do:
  • Own and prioritise the backlog for your ERP integration, balancing customer needs, technical debt and roadmap goals.
  • Run discovery with customers, partners and internal teams. Use AI and agents where they help you get to the real problem faster (synthesising calls, mining support tickets, testing assumptions), and be clear about where you still need to talk to a human.
  • Turn what you learn into specs that engineers and AI coding agents can build from: clear problem statements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Define test cases and scenarios, and test the work properly before you accept it.
  • Work daily with engineering in sprints. Answer questions, make trade‑offs, accept finished work.
  • Shape the Connect roadmap with ERP‑specific insight: market trends, ERP release cycles and customer demand.
  • Work with Product Managers in other areas on cross‑product discovery. Share customer insight, agree the problem and scope, and make sure ERP integration needs show up early rather than late.
  • Be the ERP subject‑matter expert for Customer Success, Support, Sales and Implementation.
  • Keep an eye on the SAP or Microsoft ecosystem (release waves, APIs, deprecations) and work out what each change means for us.
  • Share patterns with the other Connect Product Managers so the integration framework stays consistent.
What we’re looking for:
  • Real product management experience (Product Manager, Product Owner, or a functional or technical consultant who has moved into owning product decisions) in B2B SaaS or an ERP environment.
  • Working knowledge of either SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, MM, FI, ABAP) or D365 F&O (accounts payable, general ledger, taxes, TMS and landed cost).
  • A good grasp of finance and AP processes: invoice‑to‑pay, master data, posting and payment flows.
  • An understanding of integration concepts: APIs, event‑driven patterns, authentication and error handling.
  • Hands‑on, practical use of AI tools in your own product work, ideally agents in discovery or analysis. We care more about what you’ve actually tried and learned than which tools you’ve used.
  • Some experience with spec‑driven development, or a real appetite to learn it. That means writing specs precise enough that the people (and agents) building from them don’t have to guess.
  • Clear written and spoken English, for technical and business audiences alike.
  • You can pick up a problem and run with it without being chased.
Nice to have:
  • Hands‑on ERP implementation or integration project experience.
  • Agile practice and backlog tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with other ERPs in the Connect portfolio (D365 Business Central, NetSuite).
What We Offer:
  • Well‑being perks: MyBenefit Program, Private Healthcare, Life Insurance, B‑Day Off, Training Budget
  • Fun & Connection: Summer & Winter Parties, Team Events
Medius Is Committed To Fair And Equitable Compensation Practices.
  • The estimated base salary range for this role is 18 000 - 22 500 PLN gross per month. This is a good‑faith estimate of the compensation for the position.
  • Actual compensation depends on a few things: relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and where the role is performed — pay can vary by location because the cost of labour does.
  • The total package may also include variable compensation (such as a performance bonus), benefits, and participation in other incentive or benefit plans, subject to the terms of those plans and your eligibility.
