Job summary

EazyStock, a startup within Syncron AB, is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to blend software engineering with solution delivery on a scalable SaaS platform for inventory optimization. You will join a Data Integration Team enabling secure customer data integrations with EazyStock.

You will design, build, and maintain integrations (APIs, data flows) using iPaaS/ETL, collaborate with customer-facing teams, document solutions, and mentor juniors in a fast-growing, international environment

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering or customer-facing tech role.
• Experience building integrations at iPaaS platforms / ETL.
• Solid SQL and PostgreSQL experience.
• Knowledge of version control, CI/CD, code reviews, and agile delivery.
• Strong communication in English, with ability to explain tech to non-tech.

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to solution design discussions balancing performance, maintainability, and usability.

EazyStock is a “startup” within Syncron, a global market leading company developing solutions for after market service optimization. Whilst Syncron’s client base is made of up of large enterprises (e.g. Manitowoc, Mazda, DTNA and JCB), EazyStock work with small to medium sized companies, helping them to optimize their inventories and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction without having excess capital tied up in redundant inventory.

About the role

As a Technical Solution Engineer at EazyStock, you will combine software engineering with solution delivery to help customers succeed on a scalable SaaS platform for intelligent inventory optimisation. You will join a Data Integration Team whose mission is to provide tools enabling secure and seamless customer data integrations with EazyStock.

What would you do?

• Design, build, and maintain integrations and platform extensions (APIs, services, data flows), using an iPaaS / ETL platform.

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

• Contribute to solution design discussions balancing performance, maintainability, and usability.

• Make sure the solutions are scalable and automated. Improve logging, monitoring, and reliability.

• Create and maintain technical documentation (requirements, solution design notes, runbooks, tutorials, release documentation).

• Mentor junior team members when needed.

Who you are? / What we expect:

• Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, a customer-facing technical role or implementation consulting.

• Experience with building integrations at iPaaS platforms / ETL.

• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL);

• Understanding of software engineering best practices: version control, CI/CD, code review, and agile delivery.

• Ability to troubleshoot across systems (APIs, data, configuration) and communicate root cause and remediation clearly.

• Strong analytical skills, including ability to understand business processes.

• Ability to understand and document customer requirements and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
