Job summary

EazyStock, a startup within Syncron AB, is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to blend software engineering with solution delivery on a scalable SaaS platform for inventory optimization. You will join a Data Integration Team enabling secure customer data integrations with EazyStock.

You will design, build, and maintain integrations (APIs, data flows) using iPaaS/ETL, collaborate with customer-facing teams, document solutions, and mentor juniors in a fast-growing, international environment

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional software engineering or customer-facing tech role.
Experience building integrations at iPaaS platforms / ETL.
Solid SQL and PostgreSQL experience.
Knowledge of version control, CI/CD, code reviews, and agile delivery.
Strong communication in English, with ability to explain tech to non-tech.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain integrations and platform extensions using an iPaaS/ETL platform.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Contribute to solution design discussions balancing performance, maintainability, and usability.
Ensure solutions are scalable and automated; improve logging, monitoring and reliability.
Create and maintain technical documentation (requirements, solution design notes, runbooks, tutorials, release docs).
Mentor junior team members when needed.
