Qualifications

- Experience in paints and coatings, construction chemicals, printing inks, or adhesives is preferred.
- Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.

- Develop and expand business in Poland.
- Conduct technical sales talks to identify customer needs.
- Manage a CRM-supported sales pipeline effectively.
- Provide structured market insights to product management.
