Job summary

Witan Search is looking for a skilled technical sales professional to build business within southern and eastern Poland for chemicals related to construction. You'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients while providing technical guidance on products. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand market presence in underrepresented regions
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors and end customers
• Provide technical guidance on construction chemical products
• Identify opportunities in plasters, fillers, flooring and wet chemistry applications
• Support expansion into paints, coatings and specialist applications
• Track market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction chemicals or related sector
• Understanding of dispersions, binders and thickeners
• Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
• Fluent English
• Based in or willing to cover southeastern Poland
• Exposure to paints, coatings or performance materials – not essential
• Early experience in technical sales or customer‑facing roles
