Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise technology projects across software security and development in Kraków, Poland. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure scope and timelines are met.

You’ll manage stakeholders, risks, and dependencies, adopt Agile practices, and use Jira and Confluence to track progress and documentation. Independent ownership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced in project management for large enterprise environments.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to own and drive delivery with competing priorities.
