Job summary

KK Group in Szczecin is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our factory and take on the role of Technical Project Lead. You will connect customer requirements, engineering and production to bring control panel products from specification and prototype into local manufacturing.

You will drive the technical side of the project, working with electrical and mechanical teams, and with production and other stakeholders across the organisation to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical engineering for industrial products or systems.
• Familiarity with control panels or control cabinets.
• Proven ability to coordinate technical projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical link between customer and production.
• Lead cross-functional engineering activities.
• Support development of prototypes and product maturation.
• Drive technical decisions based on customer needs and business priorities.

You will be responsible for driving the technical side of the project, working closely with both electrical and mechanical engineering teams, as well as with production and other stakeholders across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

• act as the main technical link between the customer and production,
• lead cross-functional engineering activities,
• support the development of prototypes and product maturation,
• drive technical decisions based on customer needs and business priorities,
• ensure the product is designed with quality, manufacturability and serviceability in mind,
• help enable a smooth transition from prototype to production.

We are looking for someone with experience in:
