Job summary

LotusFlare in Kraków is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead cloud-native SaaS projects and collaborate across functional teams. You will guide architecture, oversee SLAs, and ensure delivery across frontend and backend efforts within an enterprise software context.

You will work in a hybrid office setting, coordinating with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer success while mentoring peers on design decisions and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with telecommunications domain and SaaS/PaaS projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SOA, microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to design and discuss high-level technical designs with engineers and product teams.
• 5+ years in enterprise software roles with leadership or program management exposure.
• Familiarity with API-driven ecosystems, Swagger, and Postman.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to cloud-native web-apps projects in a SaaS/PaaS environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer success.
• Own documentation, planning, and status reporting to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Identify risks and dependencies in the software lifecycle and communicate them clearly.
• Mentor engineers and product managers on product features and architectural decisions.
