Procter & Gamble in Warsaw is seeking a technically strong product leader to own the functional design and capability roadmap for an enterprise observability event management platform. You will drive AI-assisted diagnosis, anomaly detection, and agentic remediation across a vendor-agnostic, composable platform, collaborating with SRE and engineering teams.

Formación

• Engineering or deeply technical product background with platform focus.
• Experience shaping enterprise-grade data-intensive, AI-powered observability or automation products.
• Strong depth in cloud and distributed systems, event-driven architectures and APIs.
• Proven ability to define architecture, specs, user journeys and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end functional design for event management capabilities.
• Own the capability roadmap and translate strategy into a clear delivery plan.
• Lead technical discovery with SREs, ops teams, and platform engineers.
• Define rigorous product requirements and non-functional expectations.
• Guide engineering design on APIs, data models, and scalability.
• Shape capabilities for event correlation, anomaly detection, and remediation orchestration.
• Create a coherent product experience across capabilities and personas.
