Qualifications

• Engineering or deeply technical product background
• Experience shaping enterprise-grade observability products
• Strong depth in cloud and distributed systems, telemetry, SLIs/SLOs
• Proven ability to define product architecture, specs, user journeys, acceptance criteria
• Excellent written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional design for telemetry, monitoring, dashboards, and SLO management
• Lead capability roadmap translating strategy into actionable deliverables
• Guide engineering through discovery, requirements, and design decisions
• Define rigorous product requirements and acceptance criteria for complex capabilities
• Enable topology integration and telemetry signal mapping across services
• Create a coherent, self-service observability experience with standardized patterns
• Ensure measurable value through SLO coverage, incidents, and automation readiness
