Job summary

AVSystem in Kraków seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead innovation in scalable service management for CSP markets. You will bridge business and technical needs, ensuring alignment with user requirements, objectives, and feasibility.

You’ll collaborate with engineering on architecture, sizing, and trade‑offs, and be the go‑to product expert for Sales, Support and Partners. Fluent English and telecom domain experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, ICT, or IT.
• Strong technical background with PM experience in B2B or CSP space.
• Proven track record leading software products end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and technical feasibility to guide product development.
• Collaborate with engineering on scenarios, architecture, and trade-offs.
• Size features for performance and capacity, considering HW/SW limits.
• Be the go-to product expert for sales, support, presales and partners.
