Job summary

LotusFlare in Kraków is seeking an experienced software engineering leader to drive cloud-native SaaS projects in a fast-growing telecom software company. You will mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage the lifecycle from design to deployment.

You will collaborate with product, UX/UI, and customer success, own architectural decisions, and ensure delivery against milestones while maintaining quality, security, and reliability in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software, with leadership experience.
• Experience in cloud-native, SaaS or PaaS projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of API-driven architecture and cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead software projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Drive architectural decisions and manage sprint backlogs.
• Mentor engineers and ensure timely delivery with quality.
