Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with OMS, fulfillment systems, e-commerce platforms, or other complex workflow-driven products.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data exchange technologies (REST, JSON/XML).
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Experience with Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in defining and refining product requirements for Order Management, Offer & Order, and distribution solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to assess feasibility and define implementation approaches.
• Manage and maintain delivery-ready backlog items in partnership with Product Managers.
• Drive requirements refinement and support Agile ceremonies.
• Work with external partners and internal stakeholders on API, integration, and workflow requirements.
• Ensure product features meet functional and technical acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of new capabilities.
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, integration challenges, and process optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to the delivery of roadmap initiatives focused on order lifecycle management, servicing, and fulfillment capabilities.

Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our OOSD Product Team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will act as the bridge between product, architecture, engineering, and external partners, ensuring successful delivery of complex Order Management and Offer & Order capabilities. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Order Management Systems (OMS), enterprise platforms, integrations, and API-driven products, whether in the travel industry or other sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in defining and refining product requirements for Order Management, Offer & Order, and distribution solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data exchange technologies (REST, JSON/XML).
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile development environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing complex business processes involving orders, fulfillment, servicing, workflow orchestration, or transaction lifecycle management.
• Travel, airline, or distribution industry experience is beneficial but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with IATA standards (NDC, One Order, ARM) or similar industry-specific integration standards.
• Experience with airline, travel, transportation, retail, e-commerce, logistics, or other industries that rely on complex order lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience working in SaaS product organizations.
• Knowledge of offer management, order orchestration, fulfillment, servicing, or transaction lifecycle processes.
