Job description

Join us as a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead innovation within our scalable service management and assurance systems tailored for the Communication Service Providers (CSP ) market. Be a vital part of a pioneering Polish company at the forefront of IoT/device management solutions, trusted by tier-1 telcos like Orange and Vodafone, facilitating Internet connectivity for millions globally.

Your role:

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between the business and technical worlds, ensuring that product development aligns with user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment and play a key role in driving product success.

Key responsibilities
  • Whitebox understanding of the product and technical analysis — PdM goes under the hood of the system: analyses logs, APIs, architecture, service dependencies, queues and data flows to understand the impact of functional changes on the backend and operating system of the product
  • Daily technical cooperation with engineering — you are a partner for developers: refines scenarios, participates in refinements, discusses architecture, assists in decisions regarding solutions and trade‑off qualifications
  • Understanding and co‑creating dimensioning and performance — you actively participate in sizing for customers (how many instances? what throughput?), understands HW/SW limitations, and predicts the impact of new features on system load and operating costs
  • Being the go‑to person in the organisation in the product area — answering questions from sales, support, presales, marketing and CPE partners — because you know both the product architecture and its applications at operators best
What makes you an ideal candidate
  • You focus on meaningful results rather than just delivering features
  • You excel at finding simple solutions to complex needs, ensuring top‑notch experiences
  • Strong technical background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, ICT, or IT
Your skills and experience
  • Knowledge of networks allowing for a practical understanding of device management protocols, e.g. CWMP (TR-069 USP, TR-369 USP), SNMP
  • Whitebox understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture
  • Practical knowledge of network protocols and IP stack
  • Ability to assess the impact of functions on performance and capacity planning
  • Experience working hand‑in‑hand with developers on technical solutions
  • Proven track record of leading software products from concept to market with a knack for exploring new opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills across all levels
  • Excellent English skills to navigate complex tech discussions
  • Experience with B2B products
  • Experience in the Telco industry (knowledge of eTOM)
  • Hands‑on experience with product marketing
  • Conducting in‑depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
What we offer
  • Our goal is to inspire people more than manage them. We want our teams to do what is best for our products. This, in turn, generates a sense of responsibility which drives us to do great work.
  • A dream team is one in which all of your colleagues are extraordinary at what they do and highly effective working together. We model ourselves on a professional sports team, not a family. A family is about unconditional love. A dream team is about pushing yourself to be the best possible teammate. Dream teams are about performance, not seniority or tenure.
  • Our customers depend on the reliability of our products to generate revenue in their business. The telco industry is ever‑growing and needs us to support that growth.
  • A team of highly skilled and humorous colleagues.
  • Access to the best tools and equipment available in the market.
  • A MacBook Pro / ThinkPad with 2 monitors.
  • Company events and team building activities.
  • Flexible working hours/remote work when you need it.
  • Training and conferences.
  • Onsite gym and chillout space.
  • Multisport card.
  • Medical care.
  • Kitchen full of snacks and treats (including Good Lood ice cream).
  • Car parking area and bike room.
  • A relaxed work atmosphere – no dress code, no open space.
