Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to drive product strategy in Krakow, balancing business analysis with technical leadership. You will partner with product, clients, and development teams to translate complex requirements into actionable items and maintain a prioritized backlog.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME inside the Scrum team for the product.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Clients, and Development Team to define requirements and analyze solutions.
• Translate business requirements into design and documentation.
• Prepare Scrum team stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create, refine, and prioritize the backlog.
• Create and update functional documentation.
• Accept/ sign-off on stories upon completion.
• Conduct internal or external demos as needed.
• Attend Scrum ceremonies.
• Evaluate technical options to address customer problems and product gaps.
• Assist in problem solving in development and production environments.
• Define product specifications and perform functional gap analysis.
• Support CVT cycle and cutovers with project teams.
• Manage product area investments, scope, roadmap, and priorities.
• Analyze, triage, and troubleshoot maintenance issues.

• Product subject matter expert (SME) inside scrum team
• Interact with Product Management, Clients, and Development Team to define detailed requirements and perform in-depth analysis of possible solutions
• Understand, interpret, and translate business requirements into necessary design and documentation
• Preparation of scrum team stories and acceptance criteria
• Performing backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization
• Creation and update of functional documentation
• Acceptance/sign off team stories at completion
• Demos (internal or external, as needed)
• Scrum ceremonies attendance
• Evaluate technical options to solve customer problems and product gaps
• Assistance in problem solving in both development and production environments
• Product specifications and functional gap analysis
• Partner with project team during CVT cycle and cutovers
