Qualifications

• Strong experience managing technical projects in DevOps, infra, platform transformation or related roles.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, source control, release processes, and tooling.
• Excellent stakeholder and dependency management with cross-team alignment.
• Experience with delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex DevOps, SDLC, platform, infrastructure, and migration projects from planning through execution and closure.
• Coordinate onboarding of teams, repositories, applications, and workflows onto shared engineering platforms.
• Lead platform consolidation and migration initiatives, including GitLab migrations and tooling changes.
• Build and maintain project plans, migration waves, risk registers, cutover and rollback plans.
• Work with engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, vendors, and stakeholders to align scope and timelines.
• Facilitate technical discussions, track decisions, and translate topics into actionable updates.
• Support change management, adoption planning, and post-migration validation.
