Job summary

Akamai's Innovative Product & Technical Learning team is seeking a Technical Enablement Architect to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training content on Akamai products and solutions.

You will create engaging learning experiences across e-learning, labs, demos, instructor-led training, and more, elevating offerings for Employees, Customers, and Channel Partners to sell, use, and service Akamai's cloud strategies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training content development and/or instructional design experience.
• Experience applying adult learning principles and storytelling in training.
• Working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools for diverse modalities.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enablement team to identify training needs and propose solutions.
• Design and develop learning content across modalities, including eLearning.
• Participate in Product Communities and SME program contributions.
• Integrate learning activities to engage learners and develop knowledge and skills.
• Develop course content from scratch and update existing courseware, labs, and exams.
