Job summary

Akamai invites talented individuals to join Global Services as Technical Enablement Strategist (TES). You will lead development of technical education solutions for GS, partners, and customers, deploying engaging programs to build expertise and consulting skills, driving product adoption.

You will coordinate with Global Technical Enablement & Education to deliver self-paced, instructor-led, and virtual learning, covering Cloud, Security, CDN, and performance, ensuring materials meet accuracy and

Qualifications

Experience in IT and technical pre-sales, sales engineering, consulting, or customer-facing roles delivering technical products or services.
Deep understanding of Internet technologies, protocols, and tools (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
Experience with Cloud, CDN, Web Performance, and/or Security products.
Strong business and technical acumen to capture drivers and success metrics.
Proven ability to develop learning programs and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design practical solutions within Akamai's Cloud, Security, and Delivery products; create and manage enablement strategies and training catalogs for GS teams.
Deliver instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and vendor-led programs globally; serve as main contact for senior leadership on education programs.
Manage full project lifecycle for scalable learning solutions from proposals to launch; identify and close educational gaps with internal teams.
Drive revenue growth through expanding customer educational product lines.
Ensure all training materials meet Akamai's technical accuracy and brand standards.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content drafting, lab generation, and quiz creation.
