Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analiza dokumentacji technicznej i przygotowanie kosztorysów.
• Koordynacja procesu przetargowego i przygotowanie dokumentacji przetargowej.

Skills

Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej

Podstawowa znajomość regulacji budowlanych

Znajomość AutoCAD lub innego narzędzia do kosztorysowania

Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego

Education

Wykształcenie wyższe w dziedzinie budownictwa

Job description

Information on the expected salary will be provided to candidates prior to the first interview.

What tasks await you?

• Analysis of technical documentation and preparation of bills of quantities
• Cost optimisation at the quotation preparation stage
• Coordinating the tendering process (preparing and sending requests for proposals, verifying subcontractors' bids, participating in negotiations)
• Preparation of tender documentation and technical appendices to contracts
• Maintaining a database of subcontractors and suppliers
• Cooperation with the Ordering Party and coordination of internal deadlines

What skills are required?

• Higher education (preferably in construction or related fields)
• Practical ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Basic knowledge of building regulations and the specifics of the industry
• Basic or communicative knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or another design/quantity surveying tool
• High level of responsibility and timeliness in task completion
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
