Job summary

ALSO is seeking a Technical Consultant to support Lenovo ISG solutions in Warsaw, Poland. You will work with vendors, sales teams, and partners to drive growth, manage commercial activities, and ensure achievement of key business objectives.

Your role involves vendor operations, pipeline development through DRs and BIDs, and strong KPI management while maintaining CRM data and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT distribution, vendor management, product management, or technical sales.
• Knowledge of data center technologies, servers, storage, networking, or enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor operations, including stock, orders, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project pipeline through Deal Registrations (DRs) and BIDs.
• Support sales activities for customers, partners, and local sales teams.
• Monitor and drive key business KPIs, including revenue, gross profit, inventory, and stock valuation.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, sales opportunities, and pipeline forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Prepare sales, performance, and business reports for management and vendors.
