Job summary

GPC Global Technology Center in Kraków seeks a Technical Business Analyst to support the Commerce Services platform for B2B and B2C storefronts. You will translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating with Product Owners, engineers, QA, and UX specialists.

You will create clear documentation, diagrams, and process flows, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and help ensure requirements are testable and traceable across ERP, PIM, search platforms, and other

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in a technical delivery role.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills for development-ready specs.
• Experience with cross-functional Scrum teams and Product Owners, engineers, QA, UX, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of microservices, API-based integrations, and REST/OpenAPI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, clarify, and document requirements for commerce domain services.
• Transform ideas into epics, user stories, and precise acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain system diagrams, flowcharts, and data models.
• Support Scrum ceremonies and backlog readiness with the Product Owner.
• Document API and system integration requirements across ERP, PIM, search platforms, and more.
• Provide functional clarification to development and QA teams and assist with testing.
