Job summary
Genuine Parts Company Krakow Global Technology Center is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Commerce Services platform for B2B and B2C storefronts. You will translate business needs into structured epics, stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating with engineers, QA, UX, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and smooth delivery.
In this role you’ll document processes, diagrams, and data flows, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and help bridge technical and business
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional experience, incl. 2–3 years in BA/Systems Analyst role.
- Strong technical writing to produce development-ready requirements.
- Experience in cross-functional Scrum teams and with Product Owners, engineers, QA, UX.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Basic knowledge of Java/JavaScript/Python and SQL; NoSQL familiarity a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, clarify and document requirements for commerce domain services.
- Create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain technical and functional documentation with diagrams.
- Support Scrum ceremonies and backlog readiness.
- Collaborate with ERP, PIM, search platforms, and other systems.
- Provide functional clarification to dev and QA teams.
