Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Technical Asset Manager to oversee the operational performance, maintenance, reliability, and technical optimization of a portfolio of PV and BESS assets in Poland.

You will monitor asset availability, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, support commissioning of new projects, and drive continuous improvement across the asset lifecycle with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical operation and maintenance of PV and BESS assets.
• Monitor asset performance, availability, and reliability to ensure optimal operation.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support commissioning, handover, and transition of new projects into operation
• Monitor plant performance through SCADA and monitoring systems.
• Analyze operational data, identify underperformance, and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate faults, equipment failures, and performance losses.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve asset efficiency and long-term reliability.
• Prepare technical performance reports and operational reviews.
• Manage relationships with O&M providers, service contractors, and technical consultants.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and specialized technical interventions.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for operational matters.

The position focuses on maximizing asset availability and energy production, ensuring compliance with technical and HSE standards, managing O&M contractors, and driving continuous operational improvement throughout the asset lifecycle.
