Job summary

Northland Power Inc. seeks an Asset Manager to lead Asset Management activities for the Kamionka and Mieczysławów BESS projects during the operational phase. The role interfaces across technical, commercial and strategic functions and requires coordination with lenders and authorities.

You will lead a team, monitor performance, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure reporting quality. Based in Warsaw 4 days a week with one flexible work-from-home day.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) is required.
• Significant experience managing power generation assets.
• HV substation experience preferred.
• Experience interfacing with Polish energy authorities (PSE) is a plus.
• Project management and team leadership experience are essential.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Management activities for Kamionka & Mieczysławów during operations.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet revenue, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee performance, risk, and opportunity management for assets.
• Manage reporting to lenders, authorities, and governance bodies.
• Develop, mentor, and lead the Asset Management team and improve processes.
