Wazdan Company in Opole is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with clients of our Platform and to provide technical support to sales and customer service teams.

You will resolve ongoing technical issues, test new functionalities, create product documentation, and operate internal tools while learning our products and market; the role offers a no dress code, remote work options, and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of web technologies and fluent in using software.
• Experience in collecting and processing data; knowledge of internet security.
• Analytical and creative problem solving with multitasking.
• Strong written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to help others and good communication.

Requirements

• you have good knowledge of web technologies and are fluent in using software;
• you have experience in collecting and processing data, as well as general knowledge of internet security;
• you are able to solve problems analytically and creatively, using a non-linear and multitasking approach;
• you have highly developed communication skills, openness to the needs of others and a willingness to help;
• you have good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of other languages may be an additional advantage.
