Wazdan is a renowned game developer in Opole, Poland, seeking a motivated Game Dev for a full-time, hybrid role on-site in Opole. You will design, implement and test games and applications that rely on mathematical statistics within a Linux environment. The role requires solid C++11+ knowledge, basic Linux tooling, and the ability to document code.

Strong teamwork and English reading skills are essential. Nice-to-have includes Python/Bash, Git, Jira, and experience with large IT projects.

Qualifications

• Must have at least average knowledge of C++ (11+), STL
• Knowledge of statistical methods and ability to implement numerical algorithms
• Basic knowledge of Linux and its programming tools
• Ability to produce high quality code and create technical documentation
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good knowledge of spreadsheet applications for statistics calculations
• English language skills to understand technical documentation

• you have at least average knowledge of C++ (version 11 and higher, STL) and practical experience in this language;
• you have knowledge of issues related to mathematical statistics and the ability to implement numerical algorithms;
• you have at least basic knowledge of Linux and its programming tools;
• you are able to produce high quality code and have the ability to create technical documentation;
• you have analytical skills and a willingness to solve problems;
• you are able to work in a team;
• you have a good knowledge of spreadsheet applications and the ability to use them to efficiently perform mathematical statistics calculations;
• you have English language skills that enable you to understand technical documentation.

Preffered

Nice to Have:

• knowledge of game theory aspects;
• experience in working with medium or large IT projects;
