Job summary

Wazdan in Opole, Poland, is seeking an Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role under a B2B Contract of Mandate. The position spans Junior, Mid, and Senior levels, offering remote work options but primarily operating on-site in Opole.

You will build client relationships, provide technical support to sales and customer service teams, resolve ongoing issues, test new features, and create product documentation. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of web technologies and experience with software usage.
• Experience in collecting and processing data and basic internet security knowledge.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving with multitasking ability.
• Strong communication, openness to others' needs and helpful attitude.
• Good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients of our Platform.
• Provide technical support to people responsible for sales and customer service.
• Solve ongoing technical issues.
• Test and implement new functionalities.
• Create product and functionality documentation.
• Operate internal tools responsible for configuration and service functioning.
