Job summary

CrustLab UK in Kraków is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product development in the iGaming software industry. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a software house environment and a strong command of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities include managing product development, collaborating with teams, and ensuring product performance metrics are monitored. The position offers medical care, flexible cooperation, and company-funded trips to Kraków.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the IT industry (specifically within a software house environment)
• Strong command of Agile methodologies, project management principles, Scrum, and Kanban
• Proven experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management
• Strategic and business-oriented mindset
• Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• An analytical and product-led approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach (“can-do attitude”)
• Fluency in English (C1) and Polish
• Nice to have: Experience in managing products within the iGaming industry

You will be focusing mainly on

• Managing the product development process with full accountability for the product
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Leading and supporting the team in achieving their goals
• Working closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a finished product
• Monitoring and analyzing product performance and metrics
• Working in alignment with Scrum methodology, including active participation in team ceremonies
