Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Poland is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a hybrid basis with options to work from Krakow or Katowice.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse technical roles and partner with hiring managers to align business needs with talent strategy. You will source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and GitHub, while applying AI tools to optimize processes and improve candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of direct search and sourcing methodologies: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and alternative channels.
• Strong understanding of the Polish IT market and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency at min. B2 (spoken and written).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment cycles for a wide range of technical and niche roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams to qualify and prioritize recruitment needs.
• Source & headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean, and networking.
• Manage multiple processes in the ATS with data accuracy and reporting.
• Stay updated on tech trends and local market compensation benchmarks.
• Propose and implement TA process improvements and share knowledge with the team.
• Support employer branding through events, meetups, and job fairs.
• Leverage AI and automation to accelerate outreach and refine search strategies.
