Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on knowledge of direct search and sourcing methodologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub).
• Strong understanding of the local IT market and SDLC basics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to run multiple complex processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across technical and niche roles for client projects.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams to prioritize needs.
• Sourcing and headhunting using advanced LinkedIn tools and networking.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes with accurate ATS data and reporting.
• Stay updated on tech trends, market benchmarks, and compensation data.
• Propose improvements to TA processes and mentor teammates.
• Enhance candidate experience and support employer branding efforts.
• Leverage AI and automation to accelerate outreach and improve efficiency.
