Job summary

Viktor — AI-ассистент, который интегрируется с Slack и Microsoft Teams, помогает компаниям по рекрутингу находить кандидатов и выполнять работу в разных отделах. Роль нацелена на проведение входящих заявок, скрининги и формирование рекомендаций по найму.

Требуется свободное владение английским, готовность работать в Варшаве, высокий уровень ответственности и умение быстро адаптироваться к требованиям позиций в инженерном и продуктовом направлениях.

Qualifications

• Свободный английский; готовность к релокации в Варшаву.

Responsibilities

• Рассматривать входящие заявки на назначенные роли и выбирать кандидатов для первого разговора.
• Проводить собеседования на инженерные, продуктовые и дизайнерские роли, объяснять роль и подчеркивать релевантность кандидатов.
• Формировать обоснованные рекомендации и указывать, что ещё нужно проверить инженеру.
• Вести заметки и планы на дальнейшие шаги, отслеживать обязательства и договариваться о следующих шагах.

Viktor is an AI teammate that operates in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and performs work for companies across finance, marketing, operations, and engineering. Its product aims to replace half the SaaS stack.

Задачи

• Review inbound applications for assigned roles and select candidates for an initial conversation
• Conduct first-round screens for engineering, product, and design roles, explain the role, clarify candidates’ experience, and make the opportunity relevant to them
• Write evidence-based recommendations, including what could not be assessed and what an engineer should test next
• Keep notes and next steps current, follow up on commitments, and elevate stalled candidates
• Source candidates manually when pipelines run low or searches need extra support

Требования

• Technical fluency to understand engineering work, follow engineers’ explanations, and ask useful follow-up questions; coding is not required
• Strong listening and communication skills for screening calls
• Reliability in managing a busy queue, back-to-back screens, notes, and follow-ups
• Ability to learn role requirements quickly, apply feedback promptly, and ask engineers rather than guess
• Fluent English
• Based in Warsaw or ready to relocate
• Candidates who rely on employer prestige, keywords, or confident answers to assess candidates; prefer making technical judgments instead of acknowledging uncertainty; or fail to follow up and act on feedback are probably not a fit
