Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to join our Technology Consulting team driving large-scale transformation programs for financial institutions. You will lead or design PMO governance workstreams, manage delivery within time, cost, and quality targets, and shape IT operating models post-transformation.

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, apply ITIL and TOGAF-based architectures, and leverage EY.AI tools to accelerate insights and outcomes across client

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programs and PMO governance.
• Background in Global Business Services or IT service delivery.
• ITIL v4 Foundation required; Prince2 or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or design workstreams for PMO/EPMO governance across projects.
• Manage transformation programs delivering on time, budget and quality.
• Design and deliver IT Operating Model post-transformation.
• Create IT Architecture aligned with TOGAF/frameworks.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and drive change using EY tools.
