Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Tech Lead Developer for the Cross‑Border Payments and SWIFT Technology Software Development team. You will lead and modernise the architecture while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure secure and reliable payment transactions.

The role requires 8–10 years of Java experience, a strong grasp of design patterns, API module building, and excellent communication. Hybrid work model with on-site presence in Gdańsk/Gdynia or Helsinki.

• Strong understanding of design patterns and API module building.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
