About the Role

Tech Lead Developer in the Cross‑Border Payments and SWIFT Technology Software Development team. Working with stakeholders across multiple countries, following SAFe principles and driving architecture modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop business features for the Cross‑Border Payments and SWIFT Technology area.
• Architect and modernise the technology stack.
• Collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to secure, smooth and reliable payment transactions.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit and culture.

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years of Java software development.

Additional Experience (Nice to have)

• Experience in banking payment systems.

Location & Working Model

The role is based in Gdańsk/Gdynia or Helsinki. Hybrid work model: 60% of the time on site.
