• Own technical quality, coding standards and architectural backlog.
• Mentor team members on best practices and code reviews; drive technical estimates and risk management.
• Lead architecture decisions in collaboration with solution and enterprise architects for scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and lead cross-functional discussions.
• Ensure system reliability with monitoring and incident response processes.
