Push Gaming Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead to own the technical direction of a shared game framework. You will be the senior engineer on a small team, spending most of your time coding while guiding architecture and mentoring peers.

Based in a hybrid role with options in London or Warsaw, you will design and evolve packages used by multiple game teams, ensure backward compatibility, and document decisions and standards. If you love building robust tools and improving performance, this is for you.

Formación

• Expert TypeScript and PixiJS experience.
• Proven track record building shared libraries and SDKs.
• 5+ years in game client development in a senior role.
• Strong debugging, profiling and cross-device performance skills.
• Ability to drive technical decisions without direct reports.

Responsabilidades

• Set and document the technical direction of the framework - the engine, shared slot mechanics and templates, the player panel, developer tooling and CI checks.
• Design and evolve shared packages used by multiple game teams - ensuring backward compatibility and clear migration paths.
• Build tooling to produce game variants and reskins from a common base, quickly and safely.
• Own the code review bar for the framework and mentor developers through reviews, pairing and design discussions.
• Be the framework's technical contact for game teams and server-side engineers.
• Provide honest estimates and risk assessments; call out debt and propose sequencing.
• Write decisions, standards and package READMEs; documentation is part of done.
