  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the portfolio, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Drive revenue growth and margin expansion through strategic decisions on game mathematics, volatility, and market distribution.
  • Define and champion the long‑term games roadmap and product strategy aligned with market trends, competitor analysis, and commercial goals.
  • Oversee the entire game portfolio, ensuring a balance between high‑performing titles, innovative concepts, and market‑specific regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the creative and product teams (Game Designers, Mathematicians, Artists, Producers) to foster a culture of innovation, quality, and commercial viability.
  • Own the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the games portfolio, including revenue, player retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Use data‑driven insights to guide future development and optimise existing titles.
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of games against the agreed‑upon roadmap and budget, maintaining high standards of quality assurance and technical compliance.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑performing, cross‑functional games team, promoting professional growth and strong collaboration.
  • Guarantee that all game designs, mathematics, and launches adhere strictly to the technical and regulatory requirements of all target jurisdictions.
What you’ll bring to the role:
