Ten Square Games in Wroclaw is seeking a Tech Lead to own the technical quality of Fishing Clash and strengthen the engineering culture. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with engineers, producers, product managers, QA to improve technical health and long-term game success.

You will drive maintainable architecture, review proposals, guide implementation, and support production stability. The role requires deep Unity and C# expertise, experience with mobile live games, and a hands-on

Qualifications

• Proficient with Unity features and workflows (URP, Addressables, UI Toolkit, Job System, Burst).
• Strong C#/.NET knowledge, memory management and async programming.
• Experience designing scalable architectures for mobile F2P games.
• Familiar with Android/iOS requirements and live game constraints.
• Proactive learner, ability to influence engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering standards and technical quality across the game and the team.
• Drive technical excellence through maintainable architecture, clean code, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Improve technical KPIs such as stability and crash rates.
• Identify debt and risks, drive long-term maintainability improvements.
• Review proposals and guide implementation for quality and scalability.
• Support production stability and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of engineers.
• Collaborate with Head of Product, PMs, and QA on execution.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other Tech Leads to share guidelines.
