Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Technical Producer to coordinate shared technology work across multiple AAA game projects and development pipelines in Warsaw. The role is a full-time position with a hybrid or in-office arrangement in Warsaw, Poland.

You will own backlogs for shared tech, translate technical requirements into work with clear ownership, and align priorities across engineering teams. You will also support rollout of tech changes and maintain status documentation.

Qualifications

• At least three years in technical production, technical project management, product ownership or a similar game-development role.
• Working knowledge of engineering workflows, CI/CD, source control, build systems and software integration.
• Strong Jira, planning and stakeholder communication skills; Unreal Engine familiarity is useful.

Responsibilities

• Own shared-technology backlogs and turn technical requirements into clear work with scope, ownership and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate priorities, delivery, dependencies, risks and blockers across technical teams and projects.
• Support rollout and adoption of shared technology changes and maintain clear status and decision documentation.
