Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc or equivalent in a technical field (CS, Electronics, etc).
• Strong architecture/design or development experience in Analytics, DW, BI.
• 3+ years in consulting or services delivery, preferably in pharma/healthcare/life sciences.
• Solid project management, client influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities in English and Polish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leads teams to solve complex problems in technology-based services.
• Reviews client requirements and proposes cost-effective solutions.
• Performs analyses to identify client issues and tailor solutions.
• Designs and delivers client reports and presentations.
• Proactively develops subject matter expertise in pharma/healthcare IT.
• Manages work streams and may assist with business development.
