Antal is seeking an IT Finance Lead to coordinate and develop the budgeting process for the Technology organization. The role covers an annual budget of over PLN 800 million and involves close collaboration with senior management across multiple markets.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, identify cost growth drivers, and partner with budget owners to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting. The position offers senior leadership exposure and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in IT Finance, Technology Finance, FP&A, or Controlling.
• Experience in managing or coordinating complex budgeting processes.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience with IT/Technology budgets within large organizations.
• Experience partnering with budget owners and senior management.

Responsabilités

• Owning and coordinating the budgeting process across the Technology organization.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes.
• Monitoring budget performance and analyzing variances between budget, forecast and actual costs.
• Identifying areas of cost growth and providing actionable recommendations.
• Partnering with budget owners to support effective financial planning and cost management.
• Reviewing budget assumptions and forecasts, defining standards and processes.
• Preparing analyses and management reports for CTO and senior leadership.
• Cooperating with Controlling and operational finance teams.
• Coordinating capitalization of Technology costs and employee time.
• Coordinating audits related to Technology costs and capitalization.
• Ensuring data quality for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
