Lundbeck is seeking a Team Manager for Business Process and System Support in Krakow, Poland. You will lead a global team delivering second-line SAP support across FI, BI, BPC, VIM, Ariba, Concur and SuccessFactors, with a strong emphasis on stable operations, performance, and continuous improvement.

This is an opportunity to lead a global support team working across Finance, Procurement and HR solutions, while partnering with senior stakeholders, ITteamsand external vendors.
You will lead the Business Process and System Support team, responsible for high-quality second-line support, cloud application administration, systemconfigurationand monitoring across a broad SAP solution landscape. Your key priorities will be stable operations, service performance, compliance, teamdevelopmentand continuous improvement.
You will work closely with global process owners, IT teams, businessstakeholdersand external vendors. As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will translate operational and business needs into clear priorities, drive effectivedecisionsandidentifyopportunities to simplify, standardize and automate our ways of working. You will also help the team explore practical uses of AI and contribute to Lundbeck's broader bionic company journey.
Business Process and System Support is a team of specialists providing global technical support and systemexpertiseacross Finance, Procurement and HR solutions. The team supports SAP FI, BI, BPC, VIM, Ariba, Concur and SuccessFactors, delivering second-line support, cloud system administration and configuration, monitoring, and contributes to projects and system improvements. We collaborate daily with business stakeholders, ITexpertsand vendors to ensure reliable services, clearcommunicationand an excellent user experience.

Annual base salary range: (199 200 - 273 900) PLN gross.
