Job summary
Lundbeck is seeking a Team Manager for Business Process and System Support in Krakow, Poland. You will lead a global team delivering second-line SAP support across FI, BI, BPC, VIM, Ariba, Concur and SuccessFactors, with a strong emphasis on stable operations, performance, and continuous improvement.
You will partner with senior stakeholders and external vendors, translating business needs into priorities, driving efficient decisions, and exploring AI-enabled improvements within a bionic company
Qualifications
- 3+ years of managerial experience leading an IT, application support or business systems team.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product development, application management or second-line system support.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business and user needs into effective technology solutions.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on improving user experience and simplifying how employees interact with systems and support services.
- Experience across the application lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, support, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, automation and AI, with the ability to identify practical opportunities for their use.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Process and System Support team delivering high-quality second-line support across SAP solutions.
- Oversee cloud application administration, system configuration and monitoring.
- Collaborate with global process owners, IT teams, stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into priorities and drive improvements.

You will also help the team explore practical uses of AI and contribute to Lundbeck's broader bionic company journey.
Business Process and System Support is a team of specialists providing global technical support and systemexpertiseacross Finance, Procurement and HR solutions. The team supports SAP FI, BI, BPC, VIM, Ariba, Concur and SuccessFactors, delivering second-line support, cloud system administration and configuration, monitoring, and contributes to projects and system improvements. We collaborate daily with business stakeholders, ITexpertsand vendors to ensure reliable services, clearcommunicationand an excellent user experience.
The position is based in Krakow, Poland.
- 3+ years of managerial experience leading an IT, application support or business systems team.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product development, application management or second-line system support.

Annual base salary range: (199 200 - 273 900) PLN gross.
