Zusammenfassung

Lundbeck Krakow is building a Finance Planning & Performance Center of Excellence (FPP CoE) within Accounting and Reporting. You will lead a team of Senior Finance Planning & Performance leads and analysts to deliver planning, performance reporting and governance support for Group Finance.

You will shape a cost‑effective service model, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive quality and development within a growing GBS Krakow operation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, business controlling, performance management, accounting / reporting, GBS finance services or finance transformation.
• Proven experience in managing and developing finance teams, including senior experts, controllers or analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, variance analysis, business case modelling, scenario analysis and management presentation support.
• Experience with service delivery, shared services / GBS, operating model design, service catalogue management, intake / demand management or process governance will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to balance priorities across senior stakeholders with different needs and timelines.
• Good technology understanding: advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, BW/BI, Analysis for Office, SAC, Power BI or similar planning / reporting tools.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics or Business Administration; professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent is an advantage.
• English at C1 level.

The purpose of the role – why is this a great opportunity?

You will establish and lead the Finance Planning & Performance Center of Excellence (FPP CoE) within Accounting and Reporting, reporting to the A2R Process Director.

The CoE will support Group Finance and functional stakeholders with planning cycle support, performance reporting, financial analysis, business cases, management materials and governed ad hoc analysis.

Your role will be to build a pragmatic, cost‑effective and sustainable service model. You will lead a team of Senior Finance Planning & Performance Leads, Controllers and Senior Analysts / Analysts, with 13 direct reports in the target setup. You will make sure the team has clear priorities, visible capacity, strong quality standards, direct daily collaboration with stakeholders and the right development path.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a new finance capability from the start and help Lundbeck strengthen One Global Finance by combining GBS service discipline with strong business proximity.

Your future team

You will be part of the Accounting and Reporting organization in Lundbeck GBS Krakow. The FPP CoE is a new team that will work closely with Group Finance including FP&A, Corporate / Enabling Functions, Commercial Finance, PDS Finance, R&D Finance and A2R.

What You Bring To The Team

Annual base salary range: 303 900 - 417 780 PLN gross.
